Is there any mod that allows you to write on "paper" with a "quill" and "inkwell"?

I know that there is a mod for writing your own journal notes, but I don't want that.

Thanks for your help.

What does Morrowind Enhanced do exactly? I have a relatively weak video card, so my computer can't handle much.

I am also curious!
