Any general tips you guys could give me, or link me the any great Morrowind Construction Set tutorials?
Also, is there a place where you can download the Morrowind character 3D models and edit them? Is there a (free) 3D model maker program that is compatible with Morrowind?

Also, how do you write original books in Morrowind?

I checked it out, and I'm still wondering about some stuff.
For example, when I try to make a book, I can't find the icon needed to animate the book. Is there a place I can download those NIF files that are in the game?

All the files for the game should be in the BSAs.

Where do I find them?

If you have installed it via Steam all the BSAs are in the Data folder: C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\Steam Apps\common\Morrowind\Data Files

My computer says 'can't open up unknown file'
Is there a program I can use to extract the files?

Yeah, there are links to BSA Managers in the first link I gave you.

Extracting the files won't effect my save game.. I'll still be able to play, right?

Yes. It's like opening a .zip file. The BSA will still exist, but you'll also have copies of the files inside the BSA.

Did you try all of the BSA Managers that were listed?

If I might give you some advice: editing 3D models is very hard and it takes a lot of time to learn any 3D modeling software (you can't do this in the Construction Set, by the way). If you want mod Morrowind, I suggest you learn the basics of the Construction Set before you specialize in a certain area (like modeling). Read through "Morrowind Mod Maker's Manual" available for download here. It's comprehensive and really good for beginners. There are also a lot of good tutorials available on Tamriel Rebuilt's website.
