how do I use a bow

this is ridiculous, I've played DF years ago, just got it working in dosbox and now I cannot remember how to use the bow, it's not attack, it's not in any faq. How the heck do i get arrows into people in this crazy game????

If ye bind right mouse to sayyyy something like "cast spell" or some other options then when you try to use a bow a menu will pop up and no arrows will come out of the bow when you click right mouse. Dunno why "shoot arrow" isn't bindable from the controls panel it always has to be right mouse.

LOL...hope you've figured out that you have to equip arrows too!

That was back when we did not have a requirement to register, thus one was a guest also. I posted for about 5 months as a guest, before I was required to register as a member.
