So, since I seem to be really interested in this all of a sudden ( ), here's a thread for it. How tall are you, and did you get it from your relatives?

I'm 5'11 or 180cm. Most of my family is around my height.

Hehe, well, some short people are born from tall parents, and vice versa.

My parents are very short. I'm about the same height as my mom right now.

I'm on the small side of the forums, I wager, ringing in at 5'6". Significantly shorter than all my brothers (5'10", 6', and 6'2") and boyfriend (6'4"), which is sad because I was always freakishly tall as a kid...but way taller than 98% of my family, so I still win out!

Pretty sure last time I checked I was 5' 6 1/2", so I'd bet about 5' 7" now.

Last time I checked (which was before Christmas) I was 5ft 11.

185-189 cm. I'm not 100% sure. That's between 6'1" and 6'2".

I'm surprised you didn't express it as 1 meter, 1 foot, 11 inches and 22.3 centimeters.

Frosty, did my tiny height blow your mind? HA! Yes 4'11 and proud. But I was also 2 1/2 months premature in birth, if that tells you anything. My sisters are both well over 5'6 and I'm the oldest.

I'm 5' 10" and still growing.

My uncle is quite tall and my cousin is over 6ft.

About 5'10 I think. Not sure as I don't measure myself often.

I can't believe how tall everyone is!

5'10 and a half from what my my mom tells me when she forces me to stay still so she can measure my height. But I think I stopped at 5'10" flat

Avron, you are not short. Your height is tall to me. This is the girl that climbs on counters to get stuff out of cabinets and has taller people at work get napkins and ice buckets down for me. I'm hella tiny.

It's all about perspective. I guess being surrounded by taller people and people who have to duck through some doorways makes me feel tiny!

My dad is 6'6", my brother is 6'2", my sister (who is 11 years old...) is 5'7", and my mom is 5'5"
