Glitch in Kolbjorn barrow! Any way to fix??

I'm in Kolbjorn barrow on the final stage of Ralis's quests, in the room with the two stone pillars. I turned the pillars to two eagles and it opened the floor gates to go down and defeat Ahzidal, then I came back up because there was a piece of Ahzidal's armor behind a gate. I turned the two pillars to fish/whales/dolphins and hit the lever, but it just shoots me with arrows, no matter what combination I try! The gate doesnt open and I cant get to the piece of armor!
Is there any way to fix this?
I have tried saving and reloading it and that didnt work, it still does the same thing.
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it??

You 100% sure you're putting in the right combination? Sure there isn't a broken one laying on the floor or something?

Yes I am sure. I looked up how to unlock the armor piece and it says to get the two pillars to the fish and pull the lever. But it doesnt work for me.

This link shows a walkthrough (beware of spoilers, though) for the Kolbjorn Barrow. It states;
"in another room with two stone pillars, one should push the stone pillars to show two snakes and then pull the chain to access the room."
If that doesnt seem right, have a look through the link. It should help.
EDIT: There's another one that states two fishes. Keep the link handy regardless. All I could say is make sure you're in the right room for each of the pillars. i'll keep looking for any bugs in that area for you.

The snake one was for a different room.
My boyfriend fixed this for me, he just set it to the fish and madly pulled the lever back and forth and it worked so yay!
