I've recently gotten a computer that can probably handle a modded Morrowind and wanted to get a good package of mods - went to find Morrowind Overhaul 3 and it seems that ornitocopter is down? I'm getting 404. Anyone know what happened or if this mod is hosted elsewhere?

Yeah, it's down for me too. I don't know what's happened, but hopefully it's just temporary. You can also get the latest version at Morrowind Nexus and ModDB.
