the darkbrotherhood quests are really short...mages and fighters guild are good but i found tyhe most interesting guild and the one with more fun to be the thieves guild

I think the Thieves Guild has the best quests - The Ultimate Heist I think is the best quest in the game. However, you don't get much of a feeling of it being a guild, more of a couple of petty criminals who could be rounded up with a sustained police investigation. I think the Mages' Guild is my favourite because the Arcane University is awesome beyond words.

I liked the thieves guild the most, just because "The Ultimate Heist" felt like a very cohesive quest. Whether you realize it or not, you were preparing for it almost as soon as you joined the thieves guild. It felt like a very epic quest.
I enjoyed the DB quests because of the very specific parameters placed on each quest while in the sanctuary. I wish the thieves guild offered bonuses like the DB quests did.
The fighters guild was rather bland. And very easy.
The mages guild sucked. So I get a chest that can dupe herbs. Woopty freakin' doo. Oh, and a staff that's good for playing with dead things. Wow. Fun. not.

The Mages Guild was all about the journey, not the spoils. Plus, access to the university alone makes it worthwhile. And the quest lasts the longest of all the guilds, I'd say.

The Knights of the Nine for me. Not on the poll but I would assume still a guild of sorts. Bit short but good range of quests I thought.

Dark brotherhood. I giving people death messages about sithis before I kill them. Like people will way, "who are you? You weren't invited!" and then I say, "Oh but I was invited! By Sithis!" Or when I got to tell a member of the Draconis family that his mother bled like a pig. That was my most delightful memory of the dark brotherhood. :twisted:

I completed only fighters and mages guild, and mages is better for me.For more interesting story line (fighters guild story line is nice too) and i just like mages guild.

the Dark Brotherhood is hands down best honestly best rewards (exception of gray cowl) best missions, best uniform, best everything
