I've searched the MGSO FAQ, and recent posts on the official forums, among others, and found nothing.
The problem: When I attempt to open some doors, they do not transport me to the interior cell as they would in vanilla Morrowind; they just rotate on the spot. I captured some screenshots demonstrating how the doors rotate on spot instead of warping the player, but I cannot link to other sites, apparently...
This is a door that I suspect SHOULD lead to the Gnisis Egg mine. It seems like a mod has removed or interfered with the door marker, so rather than the door teleporting to the corresponding interior cell, it just opens. (I believe this is how doors with no marker behave.) I've noticed the same thing on a door that should lead into the guard tower near the Stilt Strider in Suran.
I installed the GOTY version of Morrowind fresh when I installed MGSO 3.0, with the only additional mod being the popular At Home Alchemy plugin.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any and all help is appreciated.

Re: MGSO 3.0: Door marker glitch.
I have no trouble entering Gnisis Egg mine with MGSO 3.0 installed. I couldn't find anything wrong with the door in the Construction Set either. I then looked at other doors in the vicinity and found that the door leading to Almu Cave Dwelling (left of Lasamsi Cave Dwelling) has its teleport checkbox unchecked.
One of the mods in MGSO is unchecking that box, for some reason, which leads to the door just playing its animation and doesn't teleport the player anywhere. I confirmed it in-game as well.

Thanks, that must be the door I'm thinking of. I guess the solution for now is to make a plugin with the boxes rechecked. Hopefully it doesn't involve manually finding all of the matching interior cells...

Unfortunately, that's exactly what you're going to have to do. Check the teleport checkbox and set the cell to load under "load cell". Or report the broken doors to Ornitocopter and hope it's fixed for the next release.
