...which would you be?

Inspired from the thread "If you could live in any fictional world", I bring this topic. So if you could be any fictional character, from any story, whether comic, book, short story, movie, or maybe even from a story of your own creation, or even past history, who would you be? Do note though that ig you choose to be a character from a story of your own creation that it would be appreciated if you would bring us up to speed on that character and his/her qualities.

Personally, I would be Aragorn for a couple of reasons. And no it isn't because he is the king of Middle Earth in the 4th age. It is because he is married to Arwen. Not only is she very pretty looking, I think, she is a very good example of the wife I would like to have. Plus the whole elven thing rocks too.
But aside from that, yeah, he is a friggin king yo! And he killed Sauron. That's awesome too, but only as number 3 on the list.

There are so many that I could choose. I think I'd probably choose one of my RP characters from back when I used to play proper RPG's (modded D&D, Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, MERPS & Star Wars) . not worth naming them as they wouldn't mean anything to you.

Actually, I'd be Avron to experience popularity.

I would be Jolee Bindo (Moar liek Jolee Bindover, amirite?) from Knights of the Old Republic.

i would be a part of the Team on Final Fantasy X
i couldnt possibly REPLACE anyone on the team (as the characters are too great for that) , so i would tag along as the eighth member

Thinking quickly, probably Zeratul from Starcraft lore. First, he's a member of a physically, technologically, mentally, and spiritually superior alien race (compared to SC humans). A member of the Protoss order of Dark Templar, which has a philosophy more in line with my own than the dominant Khala sect, he makes it his life's work to explore the deepest physical and spiritual realities of the extant multiverse, and usually appears at the decisive point to help the civilized races avoid certain doom at the hands of marauding cosmic threats. He's probably the symbol and the embodiment of everything I could want to be.

A similar type of figure would be a powerful Force-sensistive in the Star Wars universe who attempted to understand and blend both sides of the Force, seeing utility and truth in each (the most important type of truth ultimately being found in utility). Like a redeemed Darth Vader, say.

Cool beans. Regarding a conversion situation, I think it would be better to move from Dark to Grey, rather than the other way around, hence my mention of Vader. It's important to start out with a grounding in realities rather than wishful mumbo jumbo, and then gradually integrate the mumbo jumbo as one ascends toward Greyness.

Aside from Batman, Susan Sto Helit. Because she lives on the Discworld, she has awesome hair, and she can do the voice.

Hmm.... We'll there are the obvious ones. I'd have to think a bit harder to find others and that requires effort.

Edit: Don't know which one I would pick, depends on my mood. If I want to be insanely powerful, Vegeta/Goku. If I feel like being a genius, Lelouch. I would probably tend towards Vegeta or Goku though, being a super saiyan is too tempting.

Susan, such a cool choice. if I wasn't going to be Avron I might have chosen The Librarian - not too much of a stretch considering I'm hairy and like books.

I don't particularly like the idea of 'being' anyone other than myself, fictional or no. Although if I had to pick, I'd probably go for... Edwin Odesseiron. It's always pleasing to play as a sarcastic, bitter [&@%!] who condescends to all.

Well, maybe the leader of a calypso-spoutin' religion isn't really for me. I would love to be Link, though. Gifted at a wide variety of musical instruments, wielding everything from a hookshot to a badass boomerang, an excuse to wear stockings all day, having a loyal horse and lots of admirers - what's not to love? I'd even put up with Navi's pestering!
