Post your favorite npc and your most hated npc, I kinda have a theory here so just work with me here. My favorite would be Arch-Mage Traven my least favorite is romlynn Dreth <--- he thinks valen dreth is so awsome, if he only knew.

My favorite would have to be M'aiq the liar (any incarnation)... well there was that Sheogorath fellow, but he's the god of madness and that's hardly sporting.

My most hated would have to be Delphine, just sayin'.

My Favorite NPC by far is Narina Carvain, Countess of Bruma. ^_^



Least Favorite? Any Guard with X-ray vision that catches me stealing a sweetroll 2 cities away in the basement of a random house.

Favorite would be Delvin Mallory, just the accent really, but guard [&@%!] me off, i'm thane and I killed that dragon about to nom half the city, and all I get is a insult

Yeah I like Delvin to,he's kind of like that uncle you never see because he's always in jail XD

My favorite is J'zargo. [&@%!]'s always there for me when I need a lightning bolt thrown at something. Even stormed the Thalmor Embassy for me and took on all the Altmer in one courtyard while I handled the other courtyard. That was badass.

A close second is Erik the Slayer. I love the story behind his existance, and he is a really helpful follower. Helped me out of plenty of scrapes.

Least favorite? Delphine. Doubts I'm the dragonborn, uses me to further her own goals, and then tries to get me to kill Paarthunax and stops talking to me if I say no. Hahahahahahno.

Erik the slayer haha yeah that guy is cool I like how you basically set up his career watch there's gonna be a statue of him in TES VI.

That's not very nice!

I think my favorite is Modryn Oreyn in Oblivion, although it's a tough call. I just like his lines of dialogue and the Fighters Guild has always been my favorite faction, so it just made it all the much better! Plus he's an artist like me, hahaha.

Least favorite? Indrele Rathryon in Morrowind. I just remember getting off the boat in Seyda Neen and her gritty voice going, "Speak quickly Outlander, or go away!" Every. Time. Ugh. She gets on my nerves!

Most liked...Brunwulf Free Winter. Fair, honest, brave, accepting of other races. Oh, and Crassius Curio. Hahahaha. Pervy old man.

Most hated...Delphine, all of the Thalmor and their agents, Ulfric Stormcloak, and all of the sleepers in Morrowind. Those guys gave me the creeps. Especially the ones that have House Dagoth-ified homes. Super, super creepy.

Haha it's funny my theory is actually about 70 % accurate I know that sucks but I'll tell you guys what it is after a few more posts.

Favorite npc? Carahil, she just seemed like my favorite guild head. Maybe it is because she is an altmer i really dont know.

most hated: I have three. Rolf Stone-fist, Thonar Silverblood and his brother

I just don't get why everyone hates Delphine so much, it's not like they make you stay around her more than two days. I think Delphine is acting perfectly rationable, in the situation.

You know, Mankar C. was pretty cool too.
on a side note: Does Harkon walk back and forth a little too much?

Favourite is Serena from Dawnguard or maybe Mazoga the Orc from Oblivion. M'aiq would be in third palce but I don't encounter him that often.

Most hated Mjoll the Lioness no make that Maven Blackbriar as the nasty [&@%!] is essential. To round it out to three I would pick Nelkir he is a little brat.

Favourite NPC would be Baurus from Oblivion Serana from Dawnguard or Lucian Lachance
Least favourite NPC would be Erikur or Delphine

Favourite NPC is Ahnassi from Morrowind.

Least favourite, is either Valen Dreth, or Delphine. I'd say it's a draw.

I have to vote for Maven as well. The worst thing is you can't just end it all. Grr.

Mercer Frey – He's got the biggest stones in Skyrim's Thieves Guild, by far. And I'm not just talking about the gems he's stolen, either. See this delightful thread for more information.

Jauffre – Probably 60+ at the time of Oblivion, and still bossing it up, laying evil Daedric cultists low with his bossy katana. He's like the elderly badass Sean Connery of the TES franchise. I can imagine him macking on Blades hotties at Sky Haven Temple in between bouts of smashing evil nerds for the Empire. You're the monk now dawg!

Love to hate 'em
Ulfprick Derpcloak – Murders rightful kings and indirectly strengthens the hand of the Empire's greatest existential threat. Wears ratty clothes, and leads a ratty rag-tag rebel mob from the comfort of a frozen bastion of racism and villianry, itself centrally located in the climatically and culturally blighted wasteland of northeastern Skyrim.

Sheogorath – Considered individually he's a boss, but his larger shameful legacy is to serve as the inspiration for more tacky mischief on TES-related forums than any single other character in the franchise. And though I'm sure he'd be ok with that outcome, I still despise him for it.

^ Sheo.... You hate sheo? But what about the CHEESE? It was for everyone!

My favourite characters would have to be:
Thoronir, Brunwulf Free-Winter, Jarl Balgruuf the Greater, Sheogorath, Tolfdir and Marius Caro.

My least favourites are:
DELPHINE - ugh. You all know why.
Nazeem - He is an Altmer in Redguard form.
Ulfric Stormcloak - I hate everything about him. Except his clothes. I like to take his clothes from him after Tullius kills him.

My favourite characters ?
Martin septim and his father uriel septim , jauffre and Baurus , and Mankar Camoran !!! honestly i think he was the best baddy .
and of course , Mai'q the Liar !

My least favourite characters :
Ulfric stormcloak : a moronic murderous fool , who doesnt know what hes doing .

others whom i cant think of .. damnit !!

My favorites are: Martin Septim, Vivec, Baurus, Modryn Oreyn, the Gray Prince, Paarthurnax, Maiq the Liar, M'raaj-Dar, Ulfric, Tulius, Lucien Lachance, and Sheogorath(and probably many others who slip my mind at the moment).

My least favorites: Delphine, the Thalmor, the Stormcloaks, Almalexia, Yellow Team Champion, and Galmar Stone-Fist.

Favoured:
Serana, no explanation needed.
Martin Septim, because he was awesome and had Sean frikkin' Bean as his voice actor.
The Gray Fox, because he was a well-written character in a well-written storyline.
Delvin Mallory, because he's basically Jason Statham.
Astrid, because she's a great assassin.
Karliah, because she's simply a great character, and a master archer.

Despised:
Sheogorath, because he's not at all funny.
Mercer Frey, because he's a [&@%!].
Gormlaith, because of her terrible voice.

Favorite

Skyrim-
Serana~~Deep storyline that makes you sympathize with her; relatively smart AI; and the right balance of damsel and warrior-princess
Ulfric Stormcloak~~Despite being captured in the beginning, with you, his badassery reaches new heights after you seem him FUS a cluster of Imperial soldiers like rag-dolls. Add that to his relatively epic speeches, and he makes for a very memorable character
Balgruuf~~One of the more unique characters, even if his voice-over is shared by a few other NPCs. His lion-mane, and your first introduction to him, makes him one of my favorites.
Esbern~~That old man you know has a library of knowledge, but is beginning to slip a little bit into a more geriatric state..

Oblivion-
Owyn~~Like most of TESiv's Redguards, he was a no nonsense guide whose curtness grew on you halfway through his related quest-line. His comments will always make me laugh
Jauffre~~One of the first faces I ever remember seeing in an ES game, when my friend was playing it. Approaching Weynon, at night in-game, and entering the priory in contrast to the dark outside always gives me that nostalgic feeling.
Lucien Lachance~~Creeped the hell out of me first time I met him; sad when he was skinned alive
Modryn Oreyn~~Dunmer version of Owyn

Siddgeir~~Too bad he's essential...
Harrald~~Ditto..
Maven~~Need ask?
Every member of the Thalmor..ever..

Oblivion-
Mankar Camoran~~His voice, alone, made his "Paradise" a living-hell..
Adoring Fan~~Worst. Quest reward. Ever.
Maglir~~Little punk.
Glarthir~~Reminds of that little old lady who swears you shorted her a nickel.
