How do you explain RPing to your friends, if at all?
I actually was asked to explain it while on family vacation. I did so like this: It's like we're writing a story together. We have one person who is the narrator that tells us what is going on in the story, and then each person writes the part of a character in the story.

If you are a DM, what is your favourite RP you have ever created? That's a tough one. I love JtO and ME:I, but I'm very proud of Mass Effect: Reclamation and that's my favorite.

What is your favourite character to RP? Tie between Tharen Zephyran, Arathir Delphias, and Irvine Gilead.

Best antagonist? The Ravagers from V54 are pretty cool.

What was the most epic battle? The Battle in the Tunnel from Mass Effect: Inquisition. We lost three people in one fight, but damn it was epic.

Dravesi in the original Way of the Voice was a ton of fun, but I don't think I've stayed true to the original spirit in WotV 2.0, so I'll go with Dridyn Vandus from Battle for the East. I've never had so much fun playing any other character. If only current RPs count, Brutus Vant takes the cup.

What is your favourite RP that you have participated in? - The Marukhati, but it's more emotional than what not: it was my first real participation on this subforum with the exception of running a MBG when the DM disappeared, so I'm rather attached to it. Plus, I like how Sebastien has developed (much differently than intended!).

If you are a DM, what is your favourite RP you have ever created? - I am not worthy to be a DM.

What is your favourite character to RP? - Sebastien Geontene II in The Marukhati. He feels so real and so easy to write that it's always a joy when I get to post with him! (Adrienne in Vault 54 is becoming a close second.)

What is your favourite character that other people RP? - I really love the way Leyyuce portrays all of his characters. There is something about his style that I always find attractive, no matter who he is playing as!

Who is your favourite DM? - All of the DMs are brilliant for their own reasons. Matt tells a good and engaging story; Eltee finds a way to gracefully involve everyone and paces exceptionally well; Kerr is brilliant when it comes to skill-based applications and he is a master of traditional roleplay tidbits, harking back to tabletop DMs.

What is your biggest general RPing pet peeve? - Pacing. I've been guilty of it, but when people don't adequately give other characters who they interact with a chance to properly respond it really gets my gears.

DMs, what is your biggest pet peeve your mindless subjects commit? - I didn't like not posting in MBG XV.

Players, what is your pet peeve DM injustice? - Not taking into consideration the depth of the characters or their skills.

RPed by other players? - Hasira (Musicman) and Ketiley (Deandra) in Way of the Voice is so exceptionally well done: it covers all the ups, downs, and hesitations about friendships and physical encounters. Plus it makes me continuously go "D'aaawwww!"

What is your favourite romance or friendship you have been a part of? - Adrienne and East (V54) are really fun, although incredibly unintended both by Musicman and me. (Seriously.) I do love the dynamics between Sebastien and Elyntine in Marukhati, however; they drew so naturally toward each other and are so innocent and blissfully unaware of the other that they are, I am rather certain, to be the greatest romance that never was on this subforum. (I love you, though, Nzuri!)

Who was your favourite DM-created character? - Any of Eltee's NPCs. He does NPCs with such depth they feel like PCs.

What character do you love to hate? - Definitely a noble tie between Duruza's Aramith (Marukhati) and Baloth's Ezekiel Stone (V54).

Best antagonist? - The mysterious evil doers of WotV. Damn. They're good at making you hate them.

Who were you glad to see die? - Ezekiel Stone. Punk.

Who were you sad to see die? - TSO's Tireace (Marukati) is the only character death I really witnessed, and it really got me in the gut.

What was the most epic battle? - Clearly the current showdown between Feather-Tail (Leyyuce) and Sebastien (myself) going on right now. Damn, are we epic.

What was the tensest moment? - Anytime Ceylan (me) and Yum (Musicman) undergo a battle of snark and wits in New Age. It's promptly followed by an outburst of laughter, though!

What RP has kept you up thinking when you're trying to sleep? - All of them. Bad habits.

How do you explain RPing to your friends, if at all? - Exactly the way it sounds: you take on the role of a character and play it through a story of which many people are a part. It's like making up a play on the spot. The hardest part, I think, is explaining that the character you play is not an extension of yourself; people who don't roleplay don't realize that (most) roleplayers see characters entirely independently of their creators.

What is your favorite RP that you have participated in? The Marukhati still holds a special place in my heart, as my second RP, but I'm more inclined to say WotV.

If you are a DM, what is your favorite RP you have ever created? Dawnguard: The Roleplay

What is your favorite original world? I've been a little on the hesitant side to join any original RPs, so none yet.

What is your favorite character to RP? Ralos, with Eric and Eimar in close second. Ralos's enduring snarkiness and utter lack of social skills is always entertaining, Eric is basically Ralos toned down a bit, and I never get tired of Eimar belting out songs in the middle of a fight.

What is your favorite character that other people RP? Aramith, Ketiley, Hasira, and Feather-Tail. It takes a lot more ingenuity to play a character who's an ass than one who everyone likes.

Who is your favorite DM? Eltee or Deandra.

What is your biggest general RPing pet peeve? BORING CHARACTERS. Fortunately, we're not particularly rife with that issue.

What is your favorite romance or friendship you have been a part of? My characters are nearly universally disliked, and that's more or less how I like it.

Nonetheless, a change of pace might be nice.

However, the short answer is: I don't have one.

Who was your favorite DM-created character? Llela or Dirich Dragonbane in WotV.

What character do you love to hate? Yumi Yumi, of course.

Best antagonist? Hard to say. I'd say the dragon riders in WotV, but the whole "raping-pillaging" part of their attack makes them seem, ironically, slightly less sinister. Actually, the Necromancers from Ring of Fire.

Who were you glad to see die? Now that's just mean. Nobody.

What was the most epic battle? The final fight in Hircine's Hunt, or possibly also a few of the platform fights in The Marukhati. I have a feeling those will be far surpassed by the time WotV has run it's course, though.

By the way, I was watching American Wedding and American Reunion today. The bar they always go to is called Jilly's!

So when I was a kid, we'd sometimes go to this restaurant in Atlanta called "Jilly's - The Place for Ribs." They had a "Four little pigs" item on the kids menu which was 4 baby back ribs (what I always ordered).
