More Fluidic and Smooth Gameplay Mods

I'm trying to compile a list of mods that improve the gameplay mechanics of Morrowind so that the game is more smooth and fluidic, like how you would consider Skyrim a smooth game. I don't want mods that make the game more like Skyrim, just smoother etc.

Was wide open for several angles there,so a bit more details for what where,that kind of things.
Technically speaking there is mods that adress seams in landscapes,and rocks got polished up too,then nicer trees and suddenly I´m not that bothered by it and move on smooth
The same can almost applies to everything,so another angle,general fixes for various mods might be something,depends if you play with them to begin with.
Balmora Lite have to be right up in that alley,definetely smoother and more fluidic gameplay in balmora while it keeps the vital part.
Similar there was fixes on tu2 I think,and patches for window glow,another corrected a little conflict in caldera.plenty to take from
