I'm trying to get Tamriel Rebuilt working, but am running into trouble. I read the readme and some other threads, and still wasn't able to make much progress.

I extracted the files and placed them in the Data Files folder. I got the TR_Data registered on BSAREG (and checked Morrowind.ini to make sure it went through). I've been trying to get to the TR maps via Effe-Tai in Mournhold, but he only offers to take me back to Vvardenfell, not to Firewatch. Can anyone help? Thanks.

It says here that you can use Mournhold:

Maybe they got rid of that? I'll try the Almsivi method, but I'd like to know if there's any quick way I can check to see if it's working.

I should note that I don't have any old saved characters, so I had to make a new one for this. I knew the Dark Brotherhood stuff would start pretty soon, so I just waited for that to get Mournhold access.

Okay, I cast Almsivi in Sadrith Mora, but it just took me to Molag Mar. I'm pretty sure that the TR stuff didn't get installed, but I can't figure out why.

Okay, the people at Tamriel Rebuilt explained it to me. All I needed to do was open up the Data Files in the launcher and activate the TR_Data, so I missed a step. Thanks all the same!
