Help can't find meshes or textures folder

I need help i have Morrowind game of the year edition off steam and i just downloaded a mod, i have it opened up in winrar and i have its textures and meshes folders but in my morrowind data files there is no meshes or textures folders, could you guys help. I am new to modding also
