UESP Forums

Now, then, this RP is like your average Text Based RPG. Except you die VERY often, and every time you die, it will shift to a different scenario. We will have 5 players minimum, and everyone will be controlling the same character.
There is no character sheet, and the first scenario will be a secret. The next two are also a seeecret.

If you wish to sign up, post here, and I will start once we have 5 players.

If you wish to be a DM, PM me, and I will add you to the list.

Good luck, and have fun!

Write me in!

I was thinking we all control the same guy. Like a real text based adventure.

This was my thought as well. Consensus of commands wins.

Yeah, that might not work, but I'll give it a shot.

Add me. I think having us all control the same character is the best plan, too.

It might be good to allow each DM a week of DMing, then he finishes the current scenario and then hands the reins over to the next contestant.

If you end up dieing before the scenario finishes, though, the DM will go onto his next planned Scenario, and continue that one until it is time to hand it over to a different DM.

Also, Kerr: I fixed it. You wanna be a DM, Kerr?

I have exams so no. But i'll probably be a GM in future.

Alright.

Well, contact me if you want to.

This sounds epically hilarious. So is it basically:

1) any player who has signed up performs an action
2) the GM-of-the-week posts the result
3) rinse and repeat

?

I'll nominate myself for DM as well.

Deandra, all of the players work together to decide on an action. Otherwise the rest is right.

I think we should remove the need to sign up.

If we don't have a sign-up, then at what point do we decide that there's a consensus?

Also, I'll sign up as a player. Depending on how busy work is, and how busy the sleeping RPs I'm in (WotV, MW2, BftE, Timestrider, New Age) end up becoming, I may or may not eventually want to be a DM.

Also throw me down as a player.

Or maybe the first person to post gets their action done? Then a rotation from there? I dunno. Sign me up to play. I'll DM eventually, too.

Sign up Dr. Gregory House. Cause I'm in.

Now Goofball's off?! Oh for the love of...Can we just start already?

I agree with Kerr, we should just leave it open for whoever wants to join.

I'm in, as a player. It has the first half of my username in it, so I'm obliged to join.

You're a DM, Gideon. Go ahead and start.

Agreed. also, I'd like to. There's not been one new RP on the site since I've been back.

Deimos, you're joking, right? There are two signup sheets beside this one up right now

HAha. I meant Active RP. not CS sign ups. lol. sorry for confusion.

To the north, west, and south are a variety of shops and houses. To the east is the town gate. A few townspeople are around you, buying and selling wares. What do you do?
