Do you have the right vampire dust? Not any will do. You need the dust of an Ancient Vampire.

If you have the Nine Knights updates, you can go into Deepscorn Hollow and grab some of the crystal salts and activate the monument in the middle of the room. That will clear you of Vampirism.

don't you have to give her the stuff in a particular order as well?

And, you have to use bloodgrass from inside an Oblivion gate. I tried curing the disease after compleating the main quest (Possible main quest spoiler!), which turned out to be impossible, because, as you know, there just wasn't any gates still open. I had to use the console to forward the quest.

The 'Knights of the Nine' plugin has nothing to do with vampirism, or Deepscorn Hollow. The 'Vile Lair / Deepscorn Hollow' plugin allows you to either become a vampire, or cure yourself of vampirism, without needing to complete that damn quest. The reason I dowloaded the plugin was because of the frustrations I had with the 'Cure Vampirism Quest'. She wouldn't accept the vampire dust I collected (it was from the correct vampire).

So, if you play on Xbox 360 - you can download that plugin and all your vampire needs (being one, or curing yourself of it) will be met.

So have you already completed the main quest then? That's what happened to me on my 360. :/
