Oblivion Sarakuul Island expension Mod

Hello guys i want to introduce me first my english is not the best so.
I am Bjorn Schonenberg I live in the Netherlands so i speak dutch but i can speak english to im here to announce a project where i am working on.
Its Named Sarakuul Island.
I know there was one guy that made the elsweyr the deserts of anequina. it was very nice that some one made a exspension.
Well im here to do the Same I have been working now on this project for 3 months now its making huge progress.
he made a storyline with mini quests about 20 hours i will make it bigger with different things and everthing the story of Sarakuul:
in Anvil you find out that there is a group pirates that want to find Sarakuul island Around oblivion its only known as a Rumor cause every 1 that set sail for Sarakuul Island never returned to tell the Story.
So the group pirates want to find out whats on the island ofcourse your character hear what the pirates are saying and you want to go with them.
first you have to proof yourself worthy (not tell more spoilers) once done you will set sail for sarakuul Island.
On the Way to the island the crew will end up in a big storm that will turn the boat upside down The crew remain unconscious. When your character wakes up you find yourself stranded at a beach of Sarakuul island only you and the captain are left of the whole crew.
The Ship has to much dammage to set sail back so the captain asks you to investigate the beach.(further in ) you are on the island now there is no way back to the beach

I will tell what is with Sarakuul Island.
Its an ancient island there once were the Sarakuul Tribe all the people lived in harmony and peace untill the disaster came.
as the sleeping vulcano starts to wake It is as the shamaan foretold The lava will wipe the sarakuul civilization Of excistense.
The vulcano burried allot of the Island under ashes after thenthousend years the enviroment started to grew again. and what was left of the sarakuul tribe was not much all the survivers begun going made so after a while they splitted up in three tribes The Serakel Tribe . The Outsiders those are the ones that fear nothing and will hunt everthing on their path. and the temurok tribe the tribe that closed themselfes from everthing in the world they live in a small corner of the island and the shamaan remains with them as the power of the shaman protects the people so they will live for eternity.
on one place of the Island is The timelapse its a portal that will bring you to a where time plays no role at the timelapse there are 3 portals The time where you enter sarakuul Island plays in the time thenthousend years after the disaster. portal 1 will bring you back to the time before the disaster where the tribes live in harmony and peace. in Portal 2 will be the time thenthousend years after the disaster so the normal time. and portal 3 will bring you to the future time of sarakuul island.
every time like the past or the future the island will have a different shape like in the past the island is full of growing enviroment and animals but after the disaster the island gained another shape like some parts are gone or shaped into canyons and everthing the animals fled to another place where they can live you will exsperience new people like the ancesters of the people you will see after thenthousend years after the disaster. so is it for every time different. this system will give me more things to make for oblivion sarakuul island and so i can give the players more playtime like if the first island was 40 hours of playtime and quests there waits another 40 hours in the past of sarakuul island with different quests and things then the other times and if you thought i will leave the deadra of the real oblivion? no ofcourse not they will play a role in sarakuul island. this is all i have to announce at the moment there will come much more
