Im a master of heavy armor and it doesnt work

so about an hour ago i became a master of heavy armor i pick up a glass hammer i get over encumberd..im wearing fully enchanted deadric armor
HELP ME PLZ!!!!????

well, only the armor you're wearing counts as being weightless... if you're carrying a bunch of other stuff (including other heavy armor) you can still get encumbered.
