This topic's purpose is to better help users find current, active role plays that they may take part in. What sets this apart from other topics are a few specific rules:

This is not a topic for the discussion of future RP ideas. That takes place in this topic.
This is not a topic for general RP discussion. That belongs in this topic.
This is strictly for categorizing the statuses of RPs and nothing else, unless it pertains to this topic.

If you are looking to join an RP, always ask the person running the RP if you can join before you begin creating a character. Most, but not all, RPs will still continue to accept members even after they have started. Active RPs that will still accept new players are listed under "Open". Active RPs that will not accept any more new members are listed under "Closed".

If you run an RP and wish to have to have it posted here, fill out the following template and post it in this thread.

Main Idea: Set in the Red Year in the wake of the Argonian invasion, players take the side of the Dunmer to retake Morrowind, with elements of decision/choice. An open RP at all times, new players are always welcome and players may have more than a single character. Characters may die.

Two things:

I will create templates for RPs for the DMs that don't want to make one, but remember that no one knows the rp as good as you do, so I may not portray it right. You can comment a different template of one up there at anytime, and I will replace it.

Thanks, but I think I'm going to take off beginning dates. I don't think they are really needed. I might put something in like:

To be fair, I was the 2nd person to do it. And I also voted that this thread should be stickied.

(I don't know if this is useful or not, so I didn't vote for those options. Personally, I don't think I would need this thread, but you never know.)

I voted that, because I personally don't really find this useful to me, as I'm only in a couple of RP's, and have no intention of joining more than 2 at a time. But I think it should be stickied, because I do think this is a good idea. Especially for people who are new to RPing, this will let them see what RP's are going, and what they are about, instead of having to read through all of them seperately.

So yeah, I don't think I would use this thread, but I definitely think that other people would find it useful.

Am I allowed to mention a couple of non-UESP RPs here?

There are a couple of good ones that I think people might be interested. One is about fighting the Thalmor in Hammerfell, another is about the outlawing of Magic in Tamriel, and the third is set in the Shivering Isles and is really ... insane. Can be found here.
