Everyones favorite flaming sword is back! this time with invisable people. Sometimes I wonder if the east empire quest is even possible. I have run into more bugs in this quest then in the game itself. Now I am so close to finishing it, but of course something goes wrong. I have a note to take to carnius magus or whoever the bad guy is (I joined falco) but hes not at his castle. I tried looking at the shipwreck where he was before but hes not there either. I play on xbox so i can't bring him back either. Any suggestions before I give up completly?

When I found him he was north-east of Raven Rock. Try doing the mission at night-time so you can see his torch, it makes it a lot easier.

Yea a lot of the solstheim quests make it hard to find quest related characters. Do what r said and try it at night.

OK I wasn't specific enough its not the report note its the note that I get from killed the "nords" in the mine. I grabbed this note and he is no where to be found.
