Hey guys,
What have been your character names on Oblivion? This is still my first round on Oblivion, so I'm a Dark Elf named Adonius Elvenai. My name seems for fitting for an Imperial than a Dark Elf. But, I've had too many names to count on Morrowind.

My characters are almost always named Belthazor. I'm not that creative when it comes to names.

I've had Hawkwind Moon, Tony Harrison and Ed 'The Eagle' O'Brien. I don't like the pathetically low character limit, meaning my Morrowind characters of Hawkwind Moon, Man Of Action and Tony 'Arctic Lizard' Harrison have had to be abbreviated.

I've had:
Roar who was a nord.
Lloyd DeVirr, my Breton spellsword
Seamus O'Connor who was a Redguard
Likes-to-Swim obviously an argonian
Urlgen Threefist, and orc
Lefanor.. or was it Le Fanor?

Well my first and only characters name is " Sir MetalGamer666" but i'm going to make another charactor, a thief/assassin type female. Can you think of a good name? And Race?

My first character was an Imperial, named Northsil something. Didn't play him for very long tho. Then I made a Khajiit, which I called Kathir S'Athis. And my third one, which I play now, is Ay-Mar, an Argonian. Not a very creative name, but I didn't put to much attention to it.

MetalGamer666, Wood Elves are good at their thievery skills. That would be a good choice for being a thief/assassin. Though Breton and Dunmer women are more attractive. As for a name, if the first name ends with the 2 letters "ia" it gives the name a feminine sound. For example: Nadia, Faronia, Lady Ghreshimia, Almalexia

You see the idea. From what I remember Wood Elves usually only have a first name, but I could be wrong.

For me the meanings of the names had a big part when I chose them. My first character where a Wood Elf Agent named Izzard. Eddie Izzard is the coolest man on earth, and I just thought of him when I created my character.
I also made a Main Quest- Imperial; Maximus Faustus. First I were going to make him a private investigator. But I got into the Main Quest more and more. Lots of Imperials have Ancient Roman names. These names have different meanings, as I said before, and I tried to find one who really fit with my character. Looked up the meanings on different websites. I´ve made a few more Imperials with roman names later, too. I like Imperials.
My greatest character right now (though I am currently having a break from Oblivion), is a Imperial assassin. When I made him I were pretty inspired by the Hashashin (look em up on Wiki, very cool). And therefor I made him Arabian-looking and tried to find some araban names. Looked their meanings up, again.
Found "Haitham", meaning "Eagle", and "F?hd", meaning "Panther". Took F?hd. Kinda assassin-sounding. Panther.

I made a thief/assassin Breton male and he owned. It's quite a good challenge too because Bretons don't naturally suit themselves to stealth characters. What next, I wonder? A Nord mage?

My Nord Paladin is named Aegir and my Breton Mage is named Isuthiel.

Whenever I created a character I always liked having my name blend in with the others in my race. Much like you Puss In Boots. Though I didn't do so well this first time round.
