Question: Daedra as in their quests in Skyrim, or Daedra in general?

Azura. There is no question in the matter. She is the best Daedra. She cares about he followers and helps them wanting only their love in return.

The Daedra which are not on the list are: Molag Bal, Namira, Nocturnal, Peryite, Sanguine, Sheogorath and Vaermina.

Molag Bal but since he is not on the list. I vote for Hircine.

Sanguine or Sheogorath.
Partially because their not on the list. Partly because I like them.

Why is Azura so popular?

She's a petty, vindictive old cow who cursed an entire race for the sins of a few and then engineered the events that would cause a meteor to destroy most of the rest of them.

Probably for the same reason the Dunmer are so popular: we just got very acquainted with them in the game Morrowind. The plot involved Azura heavily, so she's tied into the Dunmer worship, as I think of it.

Hircine, he blessed us with werewolves. Plus his voice in Skyrim is so epic.

Mehrunes Dagon because of his alternative history as a thorn in Alduin's side, Herma-Mora for intrigue all-round and Boethia for going hard in the motherf**kin' paint.
