So, we all have things that we are afraid of. What are your guy's fears?
Mine is spiders. I really hate any type of spider.

I'm scared of the freaky [&@%!] that will no doubt go on this year. Other than that, I can't really think of anything right now. But I'm by no means fearless.

I actually get really paranoid and scared if I think something or someone is going to tickle me. I'm very ticklish, to the point where people just have to say they're going to tickle me while waving their fingers towards me to make collapse on the ground laughing...

Oh god, this. Just the faintest hint of tickling will have me rolling on the ground, flailing about like a fish. What's worse, everybody knows this. And everybody takes advantage of it.
I'm also terrified of most insects, very large objects (well, not exactly terrified in this case), darkness, injury (both on myself and others). Well, that's about all I can think of right now.

I'm not.
In fact I can't think of being afraid of anything that isn't a large natural disaster like a tornado. Spiders are awesome, not scary.

Ugh, how can you like them?

I have a healthy respect and admiration for any creature that can scare a being that is capable of crushing it with a single careless step.

I don't mean natural disasters, Cam

. In fact, besides earthquakes, here in California there really aren't any natural threats. And darkness. Always terrifying.
Spiders give me the creeps.

I live in California as well, Frosty. In Los Angeles, the scariest thing only comes out at night. It's called American Idol.

Spiders are terrifying. I don't even know what it is about them that's so scary. Might be their legs...so weird. D: I'm also afraid of being snakes, being alone, and the dark. Well, not so much the dark as what's in the dark. "But what's in the dark, Rose?" Who knows?

Maybe
this guy, Slenderman,
Cam a zombie or two...like I said, who knows?

You just put the thought of Cam coming for me in the dead of night into my head. Why? Why did you do it?! D:<

When they're made a of brass, "fear" becomes just another word.

I've seen documentaries predicting that San Francisco is due for an earthquake worse than it has ever had before. But never mind me.

Yeh, sorry about that. >_> Cam wouldn't hurt you, though. But he might hurt me, if I tell him to make another sandwich. :/

You mean like right now? Yeah, they could be crawling on your back as we speak. Of course, they could also be really ornery, and if you leap up and try to swat them away, they'll inject you with lethal poison. You're right, that could be the case.

I'm scared of extreme heights, angry dogs, insects, what I can't see in the dark, perpetual loneliness, loud noises, any wildlife, and writing essays.

I'm claustrophobic, so I hate tight spaces or any situation in which I feel I may not be able to move or breathe. This is why I cannot take the bus into New York City, and why I have a hard time on overly crowded trains and buses. I've even opted to walk several miles across town as opposed to being stuck on a bus that's full. (Plus, I just like to walk - it's my exercise!)
I'm also deathly afraid of floods. I was in a flood preceding Hurricane Andrew down in Florida back in '92, and I remember very clearly not only waking up to find water in my house and outside my windows, but being carried through the deepest parts and being forced to walk as we go to higher ground, when the water was still up to my thighs - though I was considerably shorter back then. I never forgot that. If it pours, or if the road starts to gather water, I go into a nervous breakdown. I even once had to pull over on the side of the road when I got stuck in a flash rain storm.
And while I'm not afraid of it, I have an uncontrollable urge to faint in the presence of anything vaguely medically related. I have no idea why.

Kitties. You can shoot at me, lob grenades at me, make me shimmy across tiny logs or throw me out a plane or climb rock faces with my bare hands, and it wouldn't be half as bad as getting in a tiny room with a cat. Hate the little frakers, what with their claws and their dander and their glassy eyes staring at me from the ceiling...

I have what I would define as reverse claustrophobia. I'm actually very comfortable in small, enclosed spaces, but wide, open spaces disorient me and make me nervous. I would never be able to live in the midwest where everything if flat as a pancake for miles.

Well I used to be heaps scared of spiders, but then I decided to get over it. So I spent some time up close with spiders and now I don't really mind them. Any fear of heights I had was driven from me when I jumped off a 20 meter platform with a bungee cord making some sort of swing, and then did tightrope walking at 25-30 meters (It.was.amazing.) And now I love high places. I plan to go skydiving for my seventeenth birthday.
I also had a phobia of leeches, but the other week I got a few on my feet from waling through a forest. Now I don't mind them, either. And I used to scared of deep water and seaweed/coral. But then I went snorkelling and scuba diving heaps and now I love it.
So now the only remaining fear/phobia I have is a fear of bulging blood veins, especially in the wrist or neck. I looked it up and apparently other people have it too.
But other than that, and being somewhat shy, especially around girls, I'm pretty fearless now!

I nave no worse fear than the thought of having an autistic child.
