first for me,

monarch butterflies' wings are upside down!
People in skyrim don't have any toes!
Dragons should not be able to fly when their bones and scales are so heavy!

Major immersion breakers!

My horse flies
My horse can climb 90 degree angles

Only ancient dragons even have a chance against giants, because I don't know why.
There aren't any hitching posts to lash my borrowed horse to.

I really-really wanna see a dragon-millioncliffracers showdown. And I can't. I bet the racers would win too.

A Volkihar vampire can kill 2 Vigilants of Stendaar, a giant and a mammoth at the same time and i cant..... but i can kill the Volkihar vampire.

My backside hurts after I sit down for too long playing it!

As of writing this, the Creation Kit still isn't out. Grrr...

You can swim with 500 pounds of weight on your back, but you can't swing a weapon underwater.

You are carrying too much to run!!

Can still jump.

EDIT: Carriages aren't real time.

The fact I have to get off Shadowmere EVERY time we run upon an enemy. Why can't I swing my mace/sword/war-hammer from the back of my mighty steed and thwack the enemy? When I'm galloping across the frozen Skyrim tundra, and I come upon a Sabre, By the time I'm hopping off the horse I've already taken a paw to the back. /rant

Foxes.... their point? I had one attack me viciously in the Reach. Shocked me, since they are usually neutral.

The fact that I can't attack in midair. I want to some dope ass drop down assassination stuff, and I can't.

According to many there are lots of milk drinkers in Skyrim, but never have I seen any milk.

Not even drinkable water. I don't think, mind you.

The fact that the Giant hammer is not a usable weapon.

I can't make hideous mutant characters anymore Last game I made the ugliest woodelf, he was my favorite character too.

I'll add to this. p.p Can't use giant bone clubs as a 2h weapon, can't make oompa loompa's or blue/red/yellow orcs or blue argonians.

Having the last name Legate in real life.......I'm now a Legate in the Legion, and I jump everytime I get addressed as such my a imperial solder! hehehehehe

Not be able to attack underwater, its kinda annoying when slaughterfish attack you and you cant attack them.

Even though my High Elf character is taller than the other races, my eye level remains average. Despite being taller than the Nords, from my first person perspective I still end up looking up at them in conversation.

I preferred in Oblivion when my snobby Altmer mage could literally look down her nose at scummy Bosmer thieves.
