I am always thinking of things I would like to write down in-game so I can easily remember them. Any way we would be able to get a mod to be able to write our own books/journals using rolls of paper and inkwells or something similar?

Been thinking about this too. As soon as the CS comes out this will be up there on my 'to-do list' for mod making.

I would totally write some Lusty Argonian Maid v.3 fanfics to pass out to the citizens of Skyrim.

I am definitely interested in Morrowind books being brought over. Regarding creating new content, I suppose it would be a joint effort between Skyrim script extender and the construction kit to allow a book to be written in game but I wonder if the technical limitations of the game would prohibit this. I think it would be possible to make a scribe event where you could 'forge' new premade books like the smithing skill.
For example:
Lessons of Vivec requires 1 blank book, 1 ink well, and 2 quill pens.
I don't know if they have limited this to just smithing, alchemy, and enchanting.
