Anyone else planning to assassinate the Thalmor? No spoilers

I recently got the chance to read the in-game book "The Great War" and it deepened my Thalmor hatred greatly.
It kind of almost made me wish I'd banded with the Empire, instead of the Stormcloaks. But nah.
Anyone else planning on assassinating any non-essential Thalmor agents when they get the time? I'm kind of excited to get on tonight. This also really made me wish you could burn down buildings with magika for the second time.

Plan? Pfft. Already did. Any non-essential Thalmor that I see that I think I can get away with killing? Dead.

Same here. They're fun to play with.

I slaughtered some thalmor escorting a prisoner the other day. Ungrateful [&@%!] reported me and I had a 1000 gold fine. Guess I should become a werewolf first.

This one made my day. Feels like a typical Elder Scrolls moment. xD

Same here. Problem is, often times think I can't win.
Plus, I honestly can't bring myself to attack them when I'm laughing at their "threatening swagger" thing they do; you know the one, right?

I actually don't mind the Thalmor lol, besides they're snooty attitude. It is after all, JUST a video game.

Every once in a while, this has happened to me:
I wish I could take that note, along with the guy's head, march over to the thalmor embassy, drop them off and walk away laughing.
Either that, or get that courier who keeps nicely sending me (a very sophisticated, ultra-violent orc assassin in heavy armor) to dragon words and have him mail the thalmor the following:
"Greetings to you, O honorable altmer,
You elves are too kind, giving me something to snack on all the way out in the middle of nowhere. However, the meat of a mer is rather thin and stringy, and thus not very filling. So if you're still feeling generous, would you please send more thalmor? And next time, have them bring a few leeks and tomatoes for flavor? Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
Yours truly,
The Dragonborn"

And it is only in said video game, that murdering those you dislike is a valid method of solving one's problems.

I electrocute them into ashes when they cross my gaze.
It's oh so fun. (:

There better be a dlc to see things in a different perspective.
Like the legion in new Vegas.
They are clearly evil but maybe they have some good points.
And ultimately you decide to sabotage them or help them.

See the Thalmor in a different light? I see them in a different light all the time. In the light of my flame spells burning them to death. In the light of my ice spells freezing them to death. In the light of my lightning spells electrocuting them to death. It is all I need.

I don't hesitate to kill them when I meet them. My only problem is deciding upon the method.
Stealthy assassination, brutal werewolf attack, send them into a frenzy with illusion spells, carve them up with expert swordsmanship or shout them off the mountainside. It's so hard to choose...

Full stealth perk plus the 3x bows perk for sneak. One Nightingale bow. They never see me coming.
I'm a control freak at heart. I like to watch my enemies die, confused as they are smitten from above.

Thats the one thing that
does bug me about the AI.
If you get hit in the face by an arrow. I'm
pretty you're not going to go "Oh well, must've been the wind" while you're yanking it from your face. Honestly you should not go back into full hidden until they have been killed. It just doesn't make sense that you would give up on looking for someone after getting an arrow in the eye.

Already on it. I'm a redguard girl, joined the legion to fight the Thalmor. I been hitting them as much as I can. See them on the road sometimes. I found their embassy but it's locked. When I find the key, the place will run red river...

I was a Stormcloack and I killed an Imperial soldier I found near Windhelm. Then I went back to the city and they threw me in jail for it.
I really get frustrated with some things in Elder Scrolls games...

"Just" a video game? You and me obviously have a different idea of what role playing means... DEATH TO THE THALMOR

Thinking of fun & imaginative ways of killing Thalmor is a good way to go about it, but those pointed eared, lanky streaks of pee just annoy me to the point that I forget about fun & imagination. I end up just hacking them up with a rather lovely war/battle axe. No fussing about, just pure brutality.

I think I may have found the new "Adoring fan"! They are annoying elves (different kind, yeah, but same all pointy ears), and it's fun to think about different ways to kill them. Now, if only there were a way to get them to follow you to the top of the Throat of the World...

In the manner of an experiment, I tried trotting along up to the Thalmor embassy, picking the lock, then going into Werewolf shape and killing everything inside and I have to say it went rather well. Not even a single bounty. Only problem was I couldn't get indoors to finish them all.
But thats ok. I intend to return another time. I also might train up my 2-handed so I can use Wuuthrad for the job. I'm sure its what Ysagramor would have wanted.
After all, why wait to find them, when you know where they are?

I'm planning to start my own underground war against the Thalmor, seperate of the main quest. Does anybody know whether the Embassy is accessable without starting the MQ?

If you free the prisoner, and not attack de Thalmor first, the Thalmor will attack you. So if you kill them, it counts as self-defence.
