For real, I had one kick two dragons butts with two hits, I'm not sure how I feel about this.

But yeah, the dragons are babies compared to giants or even Ice trolls.

don't worry everyone! I looked it up the reason is, that dragons you must encounter at low levels however giants you never really have to fight, but dragons scale more. so at around level 20 a dragon should be able to kill a giant.

Yes. one of them was a frost

funny, i'm at level 24 and i led a blood dragon to a ice troll and the dragon won...

Did the dragon land to where the troll could hit him?

yep, it was pretty epic. though the dragon did fly around a few times but it didn't even hit the giant while fighting.

I've been getting my ass kicked by snow bears beside Winterhold, dragons not so much.

with one hand and skill on level 50 i kill all the wolves with one hit now...

I feel quite proud now. I managed to take down a giant at level 3! Tactics played a massive part, after running for what seemed an age I found that giants don't like water deep enough to swim in and begin to retreat and turn their backs when PC's are having a paddle. At this point use magic and bows until they come at you, at this point dive back on and wait for your next chance.

I think I'm level 18 and Giants are still whooping Dragons. My Summoned Assassin can almost take a Dragon by himself. I'm hoping that Giants will stay as they are and that Dragons will improve in later levels so we'll have Dragons swooping down and lifting Giants off of the ground like in the pre-release videos.

My strategy is to lead them to the gate of whiterun if you know the layout of that area and all the spots giants cant fit in with a bow and arrows you can own them after some time.

Level 30 here. Got one-shot by an Ancient dragon.
