i got a huge problem...

so the problem is that after escaping from markarth jail, and coming back to markarth, every guard attacking my, i cant pay my bounty, how can i fix it? i cant speak with them, the reason for going to city, is that to finish some quests.

1. You join the thieves guild, and pay off your bounty.
2. You kill them and hope your quest isn't broken.
That's the way the cookie crumbles unfortunately. You can't expect to get away with killing again and again and again and not think that the guards aren't going to want to kill you.

I think you can wait three days for things to cool down.
