Is there a way to become a werewolf without

Let me see, my guidebook says a quest from the daedric lord Hircine but it tells about a cursed ring. Simalar to getting access to certain dragon shouts you must join the guild to get it/get to it.

I looked on the wiki, there are two rewards for that Hircine quest it says, maybe one lets you be a werewolf while the other is for other people? I will try and find out.

One way to become a werewolf

is to drink their blood, which is how you're initiated into The Circle.
Another is by

being given the cursed Ring of Hircine which makes the player transform randomly.

They are a major part of the Companions questline, and The Circle is a sub-faction which is very Werewolf related. There is also a band of Werewolf Hunters, the Silver Hand
