One handed perks

From the official forums:

| Armsman (5) - One-handed weapons do 20% more damage.
| -> Hack and Slash (3) - Attacks with war axes cause extra bleeding damage.
| -> Bone Breaker (3) - Attacks with maces ignore 25% of armor.
| -> Bladesman (3) - Attacks with swords have a 10% chance of doing critical damage.
| -> Fighting Stance - Power attacks with one-handed weapons cost 25% less stamina.
| - -> Critical Charge - Can do a one-handed power attack while sprinting that does doublec critical damage.
| - -> Savage Strike - Standing power attacks do 25% bonus damage with a chance to decapitate your enemies.
| - - - > Paralyzing Strike - Backwards power attack has a 25% chance to paralyze the target.
| -> Dual Flurry (2) - Dual weilding attacks are 20% faster.
| - -> Dual Savagery - Dual weilding power attacks do 50% bonus damage.

Armsman is the first perk. It leads to Hack and Slash, Bone Breaker, Bladesman (all three which lead to nowhere), Dual Flurry (which leads to Dual Savagery), and Fighting Stance, which leads to Critical Charge and Savage Strike, both of which lead to Paralyzing Strike.

PS: I know the wiki already had some of them, but this is the complete list with the explanation of how they are spread.

Pretty happy to know all of them and their disposition. This was the tree I was looking forward the most and finally I can start doing some theorycrafting!
Btw, anyone knows if the perks with multiple points (like the armsman, 5 points total) display the cumulative value or the single point one? E.g. armsman will increase the damage by 4% (total 20% more damage) for each point or by 20% (total 100%) for each point?

The dual perks will certainly come in handy for my dual blade-wielding Bosmer archer.

My question is do all of (or most) of these perks have their own combat animations?

Possibly Critical Charge. I don't think so for the rest.

Is it known that the one handed perks still apply when you are dual wielding? For example if I wield an axe in one hand and a sword in the other and have the arms man and bladesman perks, do I benefit from both of them?

The armsman perk would apply to both the axe and the sword and the swordsman perk would apply only to the sword.

That's cool by my standards.
Would a good guess be one new combat animation per skill tree? (combat-related of course)
