Hi there, Does anyone have any videos of this? Or what it does exactly?
I mean Dynamic snow sounds cool but it could mean alot of things, around the internet people say it will weigh down on branches!? I mean Beth are good but with this gen each tree could not collect snow and have weighing down branches! Could it?

It means it happens dynamically in game, it is not a texture. So if you see snow anywhere it will have fallen there not just be a white texture. This means snow will collect differently depending on terrain. I can't say about trees as nothing has been officially released. But if they give branch physics then this is possible. People have described trees moving in the wind after all.
Also a few Playthroughs have described snow storms with snow moving in the wind.

I've also read that the accompanying wind will slow you down, and since the weather gets worse at higher altitudes you must move at a snails-pace.

@Frogmander I don't think it's the same color. The color for the link(at least in this forum) is a bit darker.
Like this.
@topic: It would be pretty damn awesome if it were true.
