Ok so I've created this topic because I know that on 11.11 and onwards there will be massive flood of posts such as "my game won't play", "my game crushes", "I don't see the water" and so on. Knowledgeable people can help others to resolve their technical problems, instead of having many different topics or posts all over the forum/site, we can keep all of them in this one topic.

Recommended System Requirements

Operating system: Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
Processor: Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU processor
RAM: 4GB System RAM
Hard disc: 6GB free HDD space
Graphic card: DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon 4890 or higher
DirectX compatible sound card
Internet access for Steam activation

Minimum System Requirements

Operating system: Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
Processor: Dual Core 2.0GHz or equivalent processor
RAM: 2GB System RAM
Hard disc: 6GB free HDD space
Graphic card: Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512 MB of RAM
DirectX compatible sound card
Internet access for Steam activation

2) How to check your PC's RAM, Processor, and Operating System?:

Windows XP:

Click Start > My Computer > View System Information.

Windows Vista / Windows 7:

Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > System.

3) After you will make sure that your PC meets at least the basic requirements, then tell us your problem(s) with this game. Also, try to post your PC's information (OS, Graphic card, Processor, RAM etc.), so that we won't spend hours helping you out when it comes down to the fact that your PC can't even run the game on the Minimum System Requirements...

i wonder if this game will run under wine on ubuntu?

Just so you know, we'll be cleaning up this subforum and doing some maintenance before the game comes out, so you'll probably have to start this thread again. The moderators are going to set up some good sticky threads to get it going in a week or two. Unless the plan changes, there's no need for this and it'll get cleared out, so I'm going to lock it for now. I'm all about speculation and help, but let's keep the threads in here semi timely, okay?

And if you would like to talk about PC specs before then, please see this thread that already exists.
