Unarmed Combat, special moves, i wanna KICK

If you are using hand-to-hand, if you have no weapon/spell/shield in either hand pulling both triggers at the same time should make you kick (like in Dead Island) that interrupts casting/staggers i think something like this would be a need-to-have, hell even with my dual wielding i wanna be able to kick, i think having a stagger/interrupt to use against people when they raise their shields would be awesome, beside IRL if i had no weapon or a weapon in each hand, id kick the dude with the shield to try to knock him off balance and hence make the shield ineffective... although what came after that IRL would lead to a nasty mess and a lot of jailtime..

I don't think copying Dead Island is a good idea, that game isn't the best in the combat department (not really the best in any department). I'm not sure what you mean besides that. How do you kick someone with a shield? If you mean bash them with a shield, that's been confirmed as an ability.

I haven't thought of that before, but ya awesome. Especially when trying to get away when severely wounded, or when being chased by guards. Plus it would be a cool move to add to fighting, and it would be really cool if you could use it to kick them into things and not just off of them.
How do you kick someone with a shield?
Simple, kick the shield.

Erm AKB i think he means the dude with the shield
he wanna kick and knock off balance.. but
i dont think this is good cuz i mean what man goes to a gun fight with a knife?
or goes to a knife fight with nothing but his fists?

Sorry, I had trouble reading that. It was rather unclear what you meant. I believe you're trying to say that you wish to be able to kick someone who is blocking with his shield to break his block (or knock him over, or something)? When you're blocking an attack (in real life, at least), you shift your stance to absorb a blow. If you kicked someones shield while they were blocking correctly, you would be the one to be knocked off balance.

You can block a swing from a two handed hammer the size of a baby with a shield. Why would a kick make you lose your balance?
