I own all the 8 horses. I change horses after a few adventures. Now I have found out my Black horse is missing. It is high time it has returned to the stable from wherever it has been. It is not at Cheydiinhal Stable or at any other stables. The owner refuses to sell me another black horse. That means the horse is still alive. I don't remember the last time i rode the black horse. I used at least three other horses after riding the black horse. The stastistics page says i own 8 horses. Could it be stuck somewhere?

Have you tried waiting for 72 hours (using the Wait feature). Sometimes that helps to reset things that have gotten stuck. It's possible that the horse wandered into a rock or fell through the ground somewhere.

Hehe, imagine in real life when your horse falls through the ground

Anybody out there please help. I still can't find my black horse. How to get get it back using console?
(correction: I own 7 seven horses, not eight, including the black horse which has gone missing.)

If you're using the PC (which i'm assuming you are since you mention the console) then enter console commands and try typing

moveto 0004DE8F

that's the reference ID for "My black horse." And if that doesn't work, maybe you can try

placeatme 0004DE8F

But I would highly recommend using moveto instead, since placeatme's meant to be used for items and such.
