Don't have the mag myself so all info is courtesy of hemiQ
ok so far i have read:
when the author was fighting a group of 3 bandits after defeating the first 2 the third tried to run away.
necromancers can resurrect chickens and harvest their eggs.
he also states that while fighting a necromancer "he summons a khajiit warrior". he does not say weather he is resurrecting this warrior or if he actually conjured him??
when you level up you get 10 points to add to health, magicka, or stamina. (dont know if we knew the 10 points thing or not)
stolen horses run away.
spriggans can heal themselves after you think they are dead (fetal position).
a town guard stops the player at a gate of a town and makes him pay for the horse he stole earlier. how did he know? ugh
bandits roll a boulder at the player from a bridge

They are probably going to be psychic within each hold. Im not sure how they could do it otherwise

If there is no witness to your crime, the guards won't know. If there is a witness the guards will know. If you kill said witness (without a guard seeing it) the guards won't know.

@Soda: By removing their insane detection abilities. It'd be OK if every guard in a hold were to know that the PC is a criminal. However it would not be OK if the PC has no chance of escaping. Perhaps a sub-bounty system not visible to the player should be implemented that limits bounties to garrisons (towns) except if the crime is severe (murder, assault, horse theft). Meh, I didn't expect anything better anyway. By the looks of it Bethesda has fixed almost none of the little things they promised to fix. Or perhaps they're showing faulty demos in order to pleasantly surprise us on release

Beth is having problems with Chicken AI apparently, but not major ones> Chicken's reporting crimes as they count as NPCs, that sort of thing. Could explain it.

Every criminal in Skyrim shall fear the vigilante chickens!
