I can not find the cup of dagoth in the dome of pollocks eve ,i have restarted this section twice where has it gone help

If it's not on the table and you didn't take it beforehand, then I suggest using the console to add it to your inventory
player->additem misc_goblet_dagoth 1
that should give you the item you need without trying to reload the game numerous times or pull your hair out

The House Dagoth Cup should be on a table in the Dome of Pollock's Eve in Kogoruhn. It should be there, but it seems you aren't the first person to have this problem.

You may need to use the console as Chaos suggested. You can use on of two commands:
player->additem misc_goblet_dagoth 1 (as mentioned)
or
player->additem misc_de_goblet_04_dagoth 1
Both should work fine for the quest, so I guess it really has no consequence which you use.
Still, this is truly odd as it's not common for there to be any game-breaking bugs like this around, and one of the cases I cited did actually sell the Cup, rather than have a situation where they were unable to find it, and the other lost it. Are you sure that didn't happen to you?

The only goblet that works for that trial is misc_goblet_dagoth. The one Sul-Matuul checks for in your inventory.

Yeah, I went back and checked and I misread the post I thought I had gleaned confirmation from 
. I checked the CS as well, and I would suggest using only: player->additem misc_goblet_dagoth 1.
