You can get it on ebay, but it is very expensive.

I found it on Ebay for 15 bucks. Not expensive at all.

Note you will have to find a way to make an emulated computer environment that you can run Redguard on.
I simply installed windows 98 on a virtual PC and ran it on there.

I found it on an abandonware website, although it probably wasn't legal.
