That was a bit offensive but anyways I know of a building in Bravil that has a lot of Skooma users inside. It's up some stairs, the door was locked when I got to it. Across from the door is a jump to a chest. Not hard to find.

mmm. the skooma den isnt too hard to find, especially becuase thers a cuple of stoners outside drinking the stuff. trying to get past them undectected is hard tho...

If you're talking about the one in Bravil yeah I noticed them too. Ah, the skooma den. Fond memories of getting the Dark Brotherhood's attention come to light.
