Actual Date for Knights of the Nine

On the UESP it states the release date as the 21/11/2006 but when I looked on the Bethesda site it stated the 04/12/2006 so I was wondering if anybody knew which was the correct date?

From what I understand, the DL for xbox360 & PC Box Set will be available 21 November.
The PC Download (DLC8) will be available 4 December.

It's the 22nd of November here in Australia and still no knights of the nine on Xbox live even though Bethesda has a press release stating different.
