Apparently there is a mod that allows me to have flames emit from the hands of my character. I assume there are gloves or something that allow you to use it. Does anyone know where I can get this mod?

I think if you use a long-term Disintegrate Weapon spell on yourself while you're unarmed, you'll get the same effect.
