I saw a thread about favorite races, but what's the LEAST favorite oblivion race?
mine personally is the imperials.
first off, they are generic.
second, they're racist.
They all pretty much hate me the second i approch them and that Countess of Leyawiin..ugh i wanna punch her in the face
and then of course after i became grandchampion in the arena and i had done no wrong and everyone loved me i crossed an imperial gaurd on a horse out and about on a trail, and he called me a murdering [&@%!] and said i had blood on my hands (and at this point i did not outside of the arena ...as of now im in the brotherhood) and shouted at me to keep my weapon hidden of he would "end me"
not a fan of the imperials.
and Orcs are probably a close second to that...especially that skooma gang of em in Cheydinhal.

At first I would say Bretons. I recall they are more racist, but I may be thinking of miss Petit being racist. I can accept the genericness of Imperials because it's okay to have a generic human race, but then Bretons are so generic too.

But in all honesty - Bosmer. UUUUUGH. They creep me out.

oh yeah i know i think they are pretty creepy too...especially that one pranoid spaz in skingrad....i think that was a bosmer ...im not sure its been a while since i did that quest haha

my reason:they are jerks, slavers, cocky, and overall whatever someone chooses to be with them /thief/mage/warrior/
one of the other races bests them at it.

ahhh i knew when i saw the name we would be havin some problems hahah. i know the slevery thing was pretty bad...BUT other than that i dig em haha. and they arent all cocky...there are some really cool ones in cheydinhal...and a cool dude in anvil too...plus as the player i always go dunmer and own it as a straight up villian and a mage hahaha im a big fan of the traits u get with picking dunmer

Altmer's. They truly do think they are the greatest Elves. Imperials 4Ever!!!

Well i gotta admit, the drunk in cheydinhal makes me lawl.
I also love the count of cheydinhal and his son, along with the painter and Felas Surandas.

I love all races, but if I where to say least favorite, I would say bosmer. Theyre basically just little versions of high elves.

hahahaha oh my gosh that drunk guy xD i was sad to do the mission where he dies cause i dont getta see him stumbling about anymore in speaking of drunks has anyone done the brotherhood thing with the skooma sucking high elf in the imperial city? that guy made me chuckle often

Yeah that altmer was hilarious, I love going the extra mile in that quest just to give him more skooma.

haha yeah i think i was supposed to find him on the street cause my journal entry said "go get him skooma and maybe he will trust u and lead u back to his lair thingy"...but we were already in that guys house in private so i didnt have to get the skooma ...but i did cause he was entertaining

Defenately Orcs. I love playing a Orc and just going hand to hand combat completely owning everyone around but all the other Orcs are such twats. Either they literally tell you to f off or they are just utterly useless.

I have to say Orcs as well.

They combine the arrogance of an Altmer, the rudeness of a Nord, and an ugliness all their own...

ALL the bosmers in the game have something weird about them.
It's also the most represented race of Shivering Isles citizens. I think that is sending a message, there.

I don't know, I like every race.

But if it is in terms of "playing with X race" then I'll say Argonian. I played with an Argonian (male and female) 2 times but there's something odd about them. Same with the Khajiit. They're nice NPC's but playing with them is another story...

I would say Dunmer, but I like to play as one. The only race I've never played as is a Nord. They don't appeal to me at all and it kind of bugs me that the next ES is set in Skyrim, which means there will be lots of Nords next game.

And what is with you people, I love Bosmer! They are so funny and short and crazy and short and..

I dont want my head chopped off, but my least favorite is argonian or khajiit, i just dont have it in me to play as either a lizard or cat
