Yeah I was very disappointing when I noticed this wasn't in the game. There were some aspects of it that were there, but it was very far from what it claimed.
If they can pull this off in Skyrim I would be very happy.

The thing about that video is that I'm more disappointed about the Dark Elf voices not coming to the game... They even had some voice overs done, why change it?

I wouldn't be surprised if they had spent most of the last five years just working on trying to get Radiant AI working like their original vision. AI is just plain hard.

Yes, AI is probably the most difficult thing for a game to make well, especially an open world game. I do hope that they have improved the AI for Skyrim, and frankly I can't imagine them not doing that, so I think we're in for a treat.
