So, this is much influenced by Spiney and the Draw Your Character Competition.
But at the same time, this is a bit different. Might also be an inheritance of a phase during which I was a member of a Russian Harry Potter fandom, where most of the art competitions were very romantic in nature.
So be prepared for some luv stuff!
Your task is to draw any love couple from Oblivion/Morrowind that you find forth drawing. It may be your character and one of your favorite NPCs, or just two NPCs in love with each other. In the latter case, you may take couples that are known to be lovers in-game, or you may invent your own matches. Humorous love stories (say, Adoring Fan + Mehrunes Dagon) are welcome to participate as well as sentimental, romantic and tragic ones.
Restrictions:
This is a family-friendly forum, and many members (uncluding me) are under age. So it will be rather unwise to post any not-so-decent content. Depicting hugs, French kisses and your couple lying in bed is acceptable, as long as you remember to cover at least some of their body parts. As for which parts, I think you will make the right choice.
I'll give you until the 15th of September, so that you have time to gather up your thoughts and make some good art. Then the forum populace will vote for the winner.

Nice idea. I remember an idea like this on another forum I've been to. Maybe continue this? I mean, after the 15th of September, lock this thread and make a second thread next time with another theme?

Oh well, I love it. It is really unique and such, I'd love to enter, but I can't scan the drawing in. The main computer stopped working and now the only thing I've got is my laptop, which I can't connect the scanner to, somehow.

I'd try to make something. Maybe I can connect my drawing board to my laptop though, but I don't know if that will work. Still there's a lot of time, so I think I might have something in time. I've done some drawings in the past in Paint but I don't want people to laugh me out :c

Well, a fantastic idea! I've got a camera, I hope it will be a bit of quality so I can make my drawing clear. Good idea, I think it is a bit weird that I didn't come it up myself, since my parents gave me a camera for my birthday (a month ago)

I suppose the other games are not strictly forbidden You might have to make extra commentaries, though, because some people haven't played the other TES games, and Morrowind and Oblivion are the most well-known ones.
I think you might also consider adding links to the information on the wiki about NPCs you "use" - just to make things clearer

Of course Sometimes pictures say more than words. And you can always add speech baloons in order to make things a bit clearer.

Oh, and incidentally. Here comes my picture. It does have a backstory, though a rather weird one.
In the days of yore, when I had just started playing as a female Redguard (so far, my longest-lasting char in Oblivion) I suddenly decided to pair her up with Modryn Oreyn. Doesn't seem like the most dashing male NPC, does he? So why did I choose him? I honestly don't know. Neither does Tarkeena, my Redguard. She just walked into the Chorrol Fighters' Guild to receive orders, and there he was, quite irritable and rude. He gave her a quest, she went off - and that's that. She has loved him madly ever since. Though it was rather difficult to win Oreyn's affection, at long last, when Tarkeena took him as a follower to resque Kvatch, the feeling became mutual (well, how else than love would you call it when a guy is ready to jump off rocks and fall into a huge lava pit to protect you from a bunch of Daedra?).
On this here pic, Tarkeena and Modryn are supposed to be on the Gold Coast, enduring the grumbling of Modryn's Ancestor Guardian, who has more than a few things to say about his descendant, who strayed from the quest he was supposed to be doing (and I mean, STRAYED: I did loads of stuff with Oreyn as a follower before I decided to carry on with his quest) and got himself involved with an outlander.

EDIT: Do you guys think that it would be fair if I, the OP, included my own work in the competition? If not, I will not delete it, but will just ignore it when polling time comes.

Any media is acceptable.
I drew mine in watersoluble pastels and pencils on watercolor paper.

It would be nice if you commented your stuff with the description of the way you created it
