Hi,

I was just wondering if bound weapons were based on the weapon skills or the conjuration skills.

Does bound dagger uses Blades?

Meaning i plan to play a mage custom class, which uses bound weapons for close combat. Do i need to choose Blades as a skill?

If you use a bound weapon the skill in that particular weapon determines the damage you do, so the conjuration skill determines which bound weapons you can have and for how long, but the weapon skill determines how much damage you do.

What? Double dip level points? What is this?

You get conjuration points for summoning the weapon then weapon skill points for using it.
