i have heard southern accents, but come on, there is no way that that is authentic. And she's so proud of it too. I left my TV on one night, Food Network cuz its cool, and woke up to: "HEY Y'ALL", it was the worst thing I can imagine waking up to. Not really, but you get the idea.

I support throwing things at Paula Deen, I really do. She always looked like some creepy plastic robot to me.

Actually, she has a pretty decent accent. They get worse as you move on down south. They're not too bad in Oklahoma, they're a bit worse in Texas, but when you get into the MAG states, it's like someone shot the populace full of morphine and their tongues stopped working.

I think it has to do with Creole mixing with English.
