UESP Interviews the Moderators!

Have you ever wanted to know the Moderators' darkest secrest? Want to know what makes them tick? What to know just why they do the crazy things they do? Well, here's your chance!
Use this thread to ask the Moderators the questions you've been dying to know about and have been too afraid to ask. From now until 18 November you may ask anything you wish in this thread for any of the Moderators (specifically Codex, Cactus, Caz, Josjie, and Dogmantra). While no guarantees are made they'll be answered, we'll try our best to answer as many as we can. Keep in mind we have lots of other activities planned, so please keep yourselves limited to just a few questions so we aren't overwhelmed. Make them count!
Warning: Off-topic and inappropriate posts will be
strictly enforced in this thread. Anything that isn't a question or is deemed inappropriate
will be removed. We welcome discussion, but keep it in the
Discussion Thread designed for that very purpose.
Keep it clean, keep it fun, and everyone will have a good time! Answers will be posted on the day of the anniversary.

I shall ask a question to each moderator in turn.
Codex: In your extensive moderation career, have you ever had to deal with an incident that's made you laugh out loud at its sheer stupidity?
Caz: On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you hate the twins on X-Factor?
Josjie: True or false - the raven is the only bird in the world with 3 legs.
Dogmantra: Given the state of the global economy, with banks responsible for a huge economic downturn by exploiting those with no income or assets for their own personal gain, what do you think John McCririck's house smells of?
Cactus: Why does Dogmantra have any sort of power? I mean, seriously?

I'm stealing r's setup for a post.
Codex: What is your favorite Christmas special
that features stop motion animation?
Caz: Thank you for moving my post instead of banning me.
I'm considering the thread a Christmas present.
Give me a sentence that describes your view of Catholicism
Josjie: You once said that you would kill me
with a trip wire log trap if I showed up at your house
and spoke in third person.
I want a diagram of this.
Dogmantra: Are you a werewolf?
Or am I the only werewolf here?
Cactus: I hear it's not easy being green, or prickly.
Take us through a day.
Okay r, you can have it back now.

To each moderator:
What is the name of your most favorite band?
What is the name of your most favourite album which may or may not be by your fav band..?
What is the name of your most favorite song?
And again to each moderator, do you honestly enjoy frequenting the forums?

I am absolutely appalled that no one has had the brains to think of the obvious! Therefore, I shall do it meself!
To all moderators:
Question the First: What is your name?!
Question the Second: What is your quest?!
Question the Third (You may choose between the two or answer both): What is your favourite colour?! (OR) What is the average airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?!

...You forgot to ask what the capital of Asyria (sp?) is.

I do believe I did! Will the moderators please append the question "What is the capital of Assyria?" to the questionnaire?

I have a couple questions.
1. Do you keep a log of how many rules a user has violated? I'd like to know my count. I've had a history of learning various rules by breaking them
2. What does it take to become a moderator/how do you get your own string made (ie. Part Mods)

What excellent practical questions. I second them.

I will edit this as I think of more questions.
Stealing the format that has been used:
Cactus: Why is my name your favorite? And detailed answer, nothing like "because", "i dont know", or "marshmallow"
Dogmantra: Now that windows 7 has been released, will Windows FD undergo any new updates and if so how will the compare to the previous versions. Also, why hasnt windows FD been on the Mac Commercials talking smack to the smarmy mac dude, he annoys me.
Josjie: Blank for now
Caz: Blank for now
Codex: Why do three of the moderators names start with C? I feel that this is a pressing issue which has been largely overlooked and very well may be the beginning of an international terrorist threat such as the instant removal of all Taco Bells.
To All: If a one handed person is clapping in the woods where a lone tree falls onto a screened door submarine, parked next to a helicoptor with an ejector seat, each containing a solar powered flashlight and a brail television set, how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? And why?

To all mods:
1: Guess who's back?
2: What is your favourite ES game/expansion?
4: what comes after 2?
5: I am allowed to edit this, right?

To all mods: Why is your name what it is? And not "because I use it everywhere". How did you come up with it in the first place?

Alright, a more serious question:
What are you opinions on the current status of the UESPwiki, and what, if anything, would you do to improve it?
sorry it's a little late
