Find an Oblivion Book with Thief stealing from grandmaster..

Hello,
I have a question on my mind regarding an Oblivion book (I hope it is from Oblivion, because I don't think it was of Morrowind since is pretty recent in my mind)
The book involved a lady thief that was pickpocketing, then she entered a house and found a large sum of gold coins.. but this house was of a grandmaster thief, and he found she was there. He then asked her to put the coins back in the place, but she kept two coins to be proud of herself that she was able to steal it, then ran away on the window.
The lady thief ran away, and at one time she heard an animal noise, and she looked around to see what it was, then ran again - in her front she saw the grandmaster thief; He told her that he did that animal noise to confuse her, and so he could get in her front. He then offered her a chance to help him in a great theft.
He planned to steal some cape of some goddess, when she appeared somewhere in the woods the followers had all their eyes closed and faces to the ground, so no-one dared to see her, because she would kill them. This lady thief sacrificed herself in a try to steal that cape, the goddess saw her, killed her in an eyesight, but before she got stoned to death she saw that the grandmaster thief was able to steal this cape and make himself unseen.
