Requirements: Master in Blade/blunt/H2H, Master in Block, must be awesome, no shield.

Step 1: Go to Imperial city Market place
Step 2: Save
Step 3: Kill random passerby
Step 4: Play the song Headstrong, Blow me away, Animal I have become, or It's my life.
Step 5: Fight, using Disarm/knock over/Paralyse and shield knock back whenever possible.

Even better if you play it in 3 Person

Find a quest character and knock them unconcious over and over again until the guards show up, them I kill them and put their bodies in a doorway and shut the door so their limbs flail around.

I either load my vampire nightblade and go on a killing spree, however I only kill nameless guards in pretty much every town (also taking their loot) then once I'm satisfied, I pay off the fine (only thing I spend my millions on) then sell the loot.
Or I load my bandit character, he has a large bounty (roleplay) and has friends in every village (where the guards arn't) and I pretty much sell loot to inn keepers or I sneak into the IC during the day (sewers) and sell to the first shop I can access without getting caught. Hehe it's actually really fun

Remove all armor and clothing (in-game of course ) and go on a rampage through the Imperial City.

go stockpile poison reagents, the mundane kind. (favoring primrose and breadloaf atm for dmg str)

then go and try to cripple someone semi important.

When i get bored i tend to believe its everyones fault but my own, and i punish them for that. In other words i attack the person closest to me. Then when i die i promptly turn off the game and go find something else to do.

I used to walk around the environment outside and try to find more areas of the map I haven't found, especially in big gaps on the map... Kinda pointless after you've done all the quests though...

Was bored just now and messing with spells. I've always stuck with fire destruction spells (safe bet for undead and trolls and all and weakness to fire kinda fell in my hands easily enough).

anyways i finally got a good look at how different fire, shock and frost fly through the air. made a max AoE at 3 dmg on target XD go and find a place to hit and accidentally got 12 assaults when casting the frost one up at a tower from a courtyard XD

now i want to really get destruction up to make more potent versions.

Random dungeon crawling is a great way to kill some time, or completing a quest that I've had forever but never got around to it.

Try to start a gold rush by duplicating gold nuggets in rivers.

I don't think items flow don river, which is kinda strange because Oblivion has wind implemented.

Attempting to break the faith of the chapel priest.

went outside the chapel to Stendarr and hit a priest with dmg str till he couldn't move and shouted "where's your god now!"

make a paintbrush ladder up to white gold tower and then jump off, or snipe people from roofs

Start a riot in a city (not the IC) without killin the guards, then go roof hopping over every house/building while the guards all chase me from the ground... makes me feel like paragon

when im bored, sometimes i put on the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal, save, and go on rampages, just seeing how high i can get my bounty. my record is 127000. Other times i decorate my houses, or try to get ppl killed by guards.

seeing as i trapped my adoring fan in oblivion, i'll never see him again. I told him to 'wait here' in a gate, left, and after i closed the great gate VOILA! he's gone

Go on a rampage, killing every guard that crosses my path. Then when that gets boring, Halo.

Halo is even more boring.
