I need help finding the aggression spell.do i get it from a quest store,where do i get it!?

Touch of rage i think is in mystic emporium if thats what u mean im not sure

is touch of rage the same as frenzy? if not, where is frenzy...and is frenzy better/worse?

touch of rage is on touch, frenzy is an on target spell. Personally, i like frenzy better, tho touch of rage enrages ppl more.
