Has anybody found a way to become an Ordinator or a Bouyant Armiger?
Anyway, you're an outlander. [Points and laughs]

No there isn't, make sure you check the wiki of this site you're on. Under Morrowind, go to factions, It will list the factions and marks detail which ones are joinable. There's sumthing in the rules about this if you really read it. Ordinators=House Indoril. You can kinda just click the thing in the upper left hand corner that says "The unofficial elder scrolls pages." That'll get you to the site.

Yeah, check the wiki before posting here. Sound advice indeed.
